IShopChangi Digital/E-commerce Pitch

Brief:
To rebrand IShopChangi as the hassle-free alternative for travellers shopping in duty free. 

Idea:
This Christmas, let's gives Santa Claus a break because buying presents is now made easier on IShopChangi.

Execution:
We designed a microsite that features Santa's Great Getaway. Here you can see how he enjoys having a cocktail by the beach in the Bahamas, or taking a selfie in Shibuya crossing, or even taking a tour in the galaxy. 

To showcase how wide the variety of products in our online portal, we did a "Find the presents game" for guests to play and win discounts coupon which they can use straight away and a chance to win their own great getaway.

Also highlighted are the main benefits of shopping on IShopChangi which includes, Tax & Duty-Free Prices, Shop 30 days in advance and up to 18 hours before your flight at your own pace and comfort, 1-stop Shop for all Terminals, Exclusive Deals and online rewards, 30 Days Money Back Guarantee and Collect and fly or have it delivered to your house. 

The site was designed and translated in both english and Chinese to cater for the China market. Tapping on the database, digital assets (EDM, Banners) and social media assets were also deployed in Facebook, Instagram, WeChat to promote the campaign.
